![]() ![]() ![]() Constant communication, fantastic customer service, and a very friendly staff. I have not stopped recommending this place to all my friends and customers (I work at a local Guitar Store). After many phone calls (Thank you!), they finished same day and even hand delivered it after closing hours. About 2 weeks later got the call to come back and pickup the amp, they did a great job, I did ask about them if they had worked on a problem I had with the clean channel, they did not, but did everything in there power to help resolve that for me. I had an issue with my Fryette Pitbull cl100 (some tube work/broken pot), I was quoted a great price and a great turnaround time so went ahead and had them work on it. This place was an absolute pleasure and took very good care of me. Saying we were the ones who were inconsiderate and rude is beyond an exaggeration of the actual facts. Additionally one of my employees was leaving for the day and could not get his car out of his parking space because of the position of your vehicle and he politely asked you to park in a designated space so he could leave. There was no indication you were in the process of moving as you were parked, in your vehicle and on your phone. The interaction was maybe 3 seconds and I merely motioned to you that you were blocking the entrance and that was it. There was no indication they eve n saw me. I did not have any contact with your children as they were “playing” away from your vehicle. It created a safety hazard as well as blocking my business entrance. There were open spaces available at the time. I am aware that parking is limited and it can be frustrating finding a parking space however you were parked directly in front of our business entrance, which is not a parking space. I believe your rendition of what occurred is not what actually happened. ![]() I simply cannot say enough good things! Pro Audio Services are my only repair go-to from now on! … – show And they have proven to be an awesome resource for information as well, being willing to “help educate” folks who may not know all the ins and outs of the technical side of gear. Only Pro Audio Services has treated me (and my wallet) with respect and courtesy. Other folks I have worked with in the pro audio repair industry in Denver have treated me like A) a novice or B) like they were doing ME a favor by fixing my gear. They will soon be cleaning up a dusty PreSonus M80 preamp and replacing the in ternal battery (hard soldered) on a vintage Yamaha SY77! I will never be taking any of my gear anywhere other than Pro Audio Services. In addition to DAT decks in years past, they have now fixed a Universal Audio LA-610 preamp that lost a resistor or two, a Kurzweil K2VX that needed a new screen and a reCap, and a troubled Marshall JVM410h. As a studio owner and music teacher, I need a resource for myself and my students and clients that I can count on. Much thanks to Allen, Danny and Hillary for their awesome customer service and quality of work. ![]()
